f\u00fcr streng gesch\u00fctzte Amphibienarten wie Wechselkr\u00f6te, Laubfrosch und Knoblauchkr\u00f6te sowie zahlreiche Libellenarten. Wie viele andere war das Gew\u00e4sser vollst\u00e4ndig verlandet, wodurch es nicht mehr als Laichhabitat f\u00fcr die streng gesch\u00fctzten Amphibien mehr dienen konnte. Eine umfassende Biotopaufwertung hat die Reproduktion der Arten bereits im Fr\u00fchjahr nach Ma\u00dfnahmenumsetzung erm\u00f6glicht. Es wurden vier Gew\u00e4sser unterschiedlicher Auspr\u00e4gung als auch unterschiedliche Landhabitatstrukturen geschaffen. Hierbei wurden die unterschiedlichen Habitatanspr\u00fcche der Arten ber\u00fccksichtigt und beispielsweise Gew\u00e4sser mit besonders flach auslaufenden Uferbereichen f\u00fcr die Wechselkr\u00f6te geschaffen. Seitliche Wallstrukturen soll einer Barrierewirkung f\u00fcr m\u00f6glichen N\u00e4hrstoff- und Spritzmittel-Eintrag aus der angrenzenden Agrarlandschaft
